Windows８．ｘでVPN接続すると１時間おきに強制的に切断されるバグですが、
２０１４年８月１３日のWindowsアップデートにより解決したようです。

上の不具合がありましたらWindowsのアップデートを行なって下さい。

追記 マイクロソフトによれば上のアップデートに一部不具合があり、現在調査中だ
そうです。現在このアップデートの配布は中断されているとのことです。
