ownCloud のオーバーロード

Wafflecell が管理画面を含めて何も反応しなくなったため、仕方なく電源を落として再起動してみました。
しかし、電源を入れなおしても、やはり管理画面を含めて web のアプリケーションはいずれも動作しません。

VNC でリモート接続して確認したところ、/var/log/lighttpd フォルダの error_pub.log ファイルに、以下のような記録が延々繰り返し出ているのが確認できました。

ownCloud がオーバーロードして、それにより httpd が反応できなくなっているようです。

この状況から復旧するにはどうしたらよいでしょうか?
ownCloud を一旦アンインストールするという手順でも問題ないのですが、管理画面も開けないので、コマンドラインだけで実現できる方法がないと実行できません。

追記です。

起動してしばらくの間は、管理画面 (Port 8000 の /settings/) も、Web 画面 (ポート 80) も、いつまでたってもブラウザからのアクセスが完了しない状況でしたが、10 分ぐらいしてからアクセスしてみると、httpd としての反応は一応返ってくるものの "500 - Internal Server Error" という状況に変わりました。

再起動の試験は 1 回やってみましたが、状況は変わらなかったことと、管理画面が表示できないので、再起動の試験をするには、電源ボタン長押しでの強制電源断→再起動の確認を繰り返すしかなく、あまりよい手順とは思えないので繰り返したくないので、とりあえず再起動はその後は行っていません。

ファイルサーバーとしてのアクセスは問題なくできています。また VNC でのリモートデスクトップ接続も可能です。

放置してたら復旧しました。

エラーログにあるとおりオーバーロードで、それを少しずつ処理してオーバーロードではない状況になった、ということなんでしょうか。

結果としては復旧したので良かったですが、もう少し管理画面などから状況が見えると良いと思います。少なくとも、管理画面の Web server が ownCloud のオーバーロードに引きづられて一緒に反応しなくなるというところはなんとかしてもらいたいところです。
