うまく同期ができない原因はどんなことが考えられるでしょうか

どうもうまく同期できません

サーバー上のシークレットキーをPC上の「同期ホルダを追加」の中のシークレットキーにコピーするのですがどうもうまくいきません

再チャレンジ中で、PC上で「ただ今インデックスを作成中」と出ています。

同期がうまく行かない件ですが、
新たにWaffle CellのBTSYNCフォルダに一つフォルダを追加
PC側で同期するフォルダを指定
で実験していただけますでしょうか。

なお、PCはMACでしょうかwindowsでしょうか。
また、「ただ今インデックスを作成中」
というのは、単独のダイアログで表示されるのでしょうか？
それともBitTorrentのタブ（フォルダ、デバイス、転送データ、履歴、環境設定）で出るのでしょうか？
タブで表示されるのであれば、どのタブかも教えて下さい。

これはフォルダのタブで出るんですね。これが出るのはおかしくないのですが、ファイルが多いと時間がかかるのかもしれません。

コピーがうまくいっているかどうかは、履歴タブを見て「○×△との同期を完了しました」と出ていればうまくいってます。
また、全てコピーが終わっていない場合（容量が多いと最初は時間がかかります）もありますので、場合によってはつけっぱなしで１時間くらいかかるかもしれません。

なお、先ほどの回答に書きましたとおり、ファイルが２～3個の実験用のフォルダを作って実験すればコピーが行われているかどうかが確認できるかと思います。

新たにできた「Secret」のキーをPC側の「同期フォルダを追加」ボタンで新しく開くウインドウのシークレットキーにコピー
同期を取るpc側のホルダを指定してOKを押す

pc側ホルダタブに同期しようとするホルダが現れるのですが一向に同期が始まりません


PCのOSはwin XPです。

同期が出来ない件、bitrentsyncの仕様が変わったのが原因かもしれません。
今調査してますので、もう少々お待ち下さい。

お客様の症状はこちらでも再現し、修正しました。

原因はbitrentsyncの仕様変更にともなう不具合で、先ほど修正しました。

修正を反映させるために、お客様側で一度bitrentsyncを削除、削除後に再びインストールしてください。

bitrentsyncを削除しても今までの設定や作ったフォルダは一切影響を受けません。
おそらく再インストールして10分程度経てば、同期が開始されるはずです。
